PRIVACY NOTICE

Prelaunch status
Keylective is in prelaunch testing. Use fictional information. The legal operator identity, monitored privacy contact and final notice will be published before client onboarding.
Information you enter
The professional network processes account details, professional profiles and company links, private client briefs, goals, follow-up tasks, saved partners, selected introductions, authorized listing photos and flyer drafts. The network does not provide fields or document uploads for Social Security numbers, birth dates, credit reports, tax returns or bank account numbers. Do not enter these in free-text fields.
The separate private loan-officer workspace also processes mortgage-intake information entered by an authorized professional, including housing, employment, income, assets, debts, property, residency and household details. Optional entries may include benefit-income and child-support details. Older records may retain previously supplied identity information. New structured SSN and birth-date entries are no longer accepted.
Optional first-contact home plans include preferred areas, property type, timing, a stated price range, property features, an existing-agent relationship, client-reported lender progress and permission to follow up. These answers remain in the professional’s private workspace unless a separately supported field is selected in an introduction.
Contact import is user-initiated. A supported phone picker shares only the contacts and fields you choose. Contact files are parsed in browser memory; the file itself and unrelated fields such as photos, birthdays and notes are not uploaded by this feature. Only the selected, reviewed names, chosen email/phone details and applicable company/profession are saved after confirmation. Searchable job titles and unused alternatives are not saved. No invitations or messages are sent by importing contacts.
Private planning tools can hold property links, a wishlist, showing feedback, manual checklists, due dates and next actions. These records remain in your workspace and are excluded from introductions. A checklist owner label is a planning aid; it does not grant that person access or send a message. Do not add financial documents or sensitive identifiers to notes or links.
How information is used
Information supports account access, private workspaces, permissioned introductions, follow-up coordination, company-link messages, flyer creation, subscriptions and security. The service also processes account and billing status, sign-in and security activity, and operational records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.
Professional profiles and introductions
Your professional profile is private until you choose to publish it to signed-in members. A listed profile contains the professional details and company links shown in your profile form. Your client list and private notes do not appear in the directory. Professional credentials are self-reported, not verified by Keylective.
An introduction contains only the client brief fields you select, your professional profile, its purpose and your attestation of client permission. Access is restricted to the sender and intended signed-in account. A directory selection is tied to that member’s account; an email-only introduction is matched to the sign-in email you specify. Confirm the intended account before sharing a link.
Shared access lasts 7, 14 or 30 days and can be withdrawn. Recipients keep a separate client brief when they accept it into their own workspace. Withdrawal and expiry cannot recall information already seen or remove an accepted copy. General progress updates are visible to the two participants. A lender-issued preapproval status is available only when the sender separately records the client’s permission and the loan officer explicitly confirms the actual status. No approval amount, conditions, denial reasons or financial documents are included. The app does not generate, verify or guarantee an approval.
After an introduction is accepted, its Realtor sender may create a review request for the assigned loan officer, with a separately recorded client-permission statement. The request can contain a short description, property address or link, and requested date. The two participants can see the request and its recorded progress while the introduction remains active. Review progress does not issue or confirm a lender approval. Private checklists and showing notes are excluded. Response reports summarize actual introduction and acknowledgment timestamps, including sample counts and unavailable historical data; they do not infer email delivery or client contact.
Messages and external links
Introduction and company-link buttons prepare content for you to review and send. Keylective does not automatically send introduction emails or text messages. A copied introduction message contains a generic invitation and an authenticated app link, without client details.
Application, booking and business links open a professional’s external provider. Keylective does not append client information to those URLs. The provider’s own privacy and security terms apply. In the loan-officer workspace, choosing Find address sends the entered address to Esri’s ArcGIS service for suggestions. Typing or focusing an address field alone does not make that request. The service also receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Optional property-search and map links send the selected property address to the service you open.
Storage, authentication and providers
Private workspace records and shared briefs are encrypted in application storage. Opted-in directory fields are separately stored for display to signed-in members. Listing photos use account-scoped object storage. Hosting, storage, authentication, payment, email and security providers may process information to operate the service.
Supabase handles account authentication, and Resend delivers account-confirmation and recovery emails. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account access. The browser may retain display and language preferences until you clear them. Earlier browser-only workspaces use a separate secure cookie; losing that cookie can make those earlier records inaccessible. The current application source does not include advertising trackers. Provider logs and infrastructure behavior are separate from the application’s own features.
Retention and deletion
Shared introduction content becomes inaccessible at expiry and is cleared on subsequent referral activity. Introduction account identifiers, email hashes, timestamps and status records can remain after the content is cleared. Security audit entries use an activity-driven 90-day cleanup window; that is not a retention limit for all operational or provider records.
Workspace records remain until removed or the account is deleted. Deleting a client does not automatically withdraw introductions or delete a separate mortgage record. Remove those records separately when appropriate. Removing a flyer draft does not currently remove its uploaded photo; account deletion removes account-scoped listing photos. Removing a record in your workspace does not remove another professional’s independent copy.
Account deletion removes application records and closes Keylective access. Removal of the authentication-provider account may require a separate completion step; the confirmation screen reports when that step is pending. Account-deletion markers, security and operational records, billing records, provider logs and backups may remain under separate retention requirements. There is no promise of immediate erasure from every provider backup.
Stored records
Call recording, transcription and borrower-completion links are unavailable. Stored records are retained until removed through the applicable controls. Review and remove unneeded records under your firm’s requirements. Retired shared-link records may remain until their applicable cleanup process runs.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your professional profile, leave the directory, delete clients and flyer drafts, withdraw introductions, remove older applications, manage subscriptions and request account deletion from Account & security. For access, correction or deletion of a client brief, contact the professional who maintains it. A dedicated operator privacy/account-support contact has not yet been published; do not send requests or sensitive information to the automated authentication sender.
Professional responsibility
Users are responsible for lawful collection, notices, permissions, disclosure limits, firm approval and recordkeeping. Client contact information can be protected even without an SSN. The introduction permission checkbox records a professional’s attestation; it does not replace a legally required consent form.
