SHARING & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Connected by choice.
Clear by design.
Useful introductions need a few relevant details, an intended recipient and the client’s permission. Our tools support that process while each professional keeps responsibility for their firm’s requirements.
What an introduction contains
You preview and select the client’s name, email, phone, goal, area, stated budget and timeline. Only the selected fields are shared. The sender’s professional profile and the purpose of the introduction accompany the brief. Private first-contact home-plan answers, client notes, mortgage applications, documents, SSNs, birth dates and account numbers are excluded from the network referral schema.
Who can see it
An introduction is available to the sender and the intended signed-in account. Access expires after the selected 7, 14 or 30 days. The sender can withdraw shared access sooner. A recipient who accepts creates a separate client brief in their own workspace. Withdrawal cannot recall information already seen or delete that accepted record.
A permission record, not universal legal consent
The sender records client permission for the specific recipient, fields and general progress updates. This is a professional attestation, not a client signature, and it does not replace privacy notices, opt-outs, employer approval, or consent required for a particular regulated disclosure. Tax professionals must not use this general introduction form to share information derived from tax returns.
Progress is reported, never inferred
Acceptance, client contact, waiting-on-client and application stages are explicitly recorded. An email delivery or open does not set them. Last-update and stale-response cues help the participants follow up inside their own process; no status reminder email is sent automatically. A lender-issued preapproval status requires separately recorded client permission and an explicit loan-officer confirmation. It includes no amount, conditions or denial reason and does not create or guarantee an approval.
Keep the next step clear
The action desk combines your existing tasks, recorded next dates, private checklist items and introduction requests. Dates and responsibility labels are entered by a professional; they are not legal deadlines or automatic assignments. Property wishlists, showing feedback and missing-items checklists stay private. Documents remain in the lender’s secure portal.
After an introduction is accepted, the Realtor can record fresh client permission for a specific review request to the assigned loan officer. Only that loan officer can record its review or response status. A response-ready label is about the request; it does not create a letter, change the client’s approval status or promise a loan.
Applications stay with the firm
Professionals save their own approved application, secure intake or booking URL. Keylective does not append client details to that URL. Clients complete sensitive processes with the firm they choose. Call recording and borrower-completion links are unavailable.
Professionals remain independent
Directory profiles are self-reported, opt-in and alphabetically ordered. We do not verify licenses or endorse providers. Confirm credentials and permitted services independently. Network access is not conditioned on referrals. There are no referral payments, closing-based rewards, referral quotas or paid rankings in this release.
Listing flyers need a real review
Use authorized property data and photographs. Confirm both professionals’ identities, licenses, branding and required disclosures. The PDF generator includes a lender application link and does not make credit-qualification claims. Its approval checkboxes record the user’s confirmation; they do not represent approval by a lender, regulator or Keylective.
If professionals pay for joint marketing, review the actual services, reasonable value and cost allocation with their compliance teams. A flyer template does not make a referral or marketing arrangement lawful.
Security with defined limits
Network workspace records and shared briefs are encrypted in application storage, scoped to accounts and subject to configured account authentication and MFA controls. Professional directory fields are deliberately published to signed-in members only when the profile owner opts in. Listing photos are stored separately and can be retrieved through the owning account. These controls are not a certification or a guarantee against every security risk.
Before broader commercial use
The operator and participating firms must complete the legal, licensing, privacy, information-security and vendor reviews that apply to their actual business. Keylective remains in prelaunch testing with fictional information. The legal operator identity and a monitored privacy/account-support contact must be finalized and published before client onboarding. This includes final operator-specific terms and privacy contacts, incident response, retention and deletion procedures, and any required professional consents. Platform settings do not replace those responsibilities.
